Crogl 2.1.0 Release Notes
We're excited to announce the release of Crogl 2.1.0. This release introduces autonomous investigations: point a recurring job at your queue and Crogl works your tickets on its own, powered by Jobs, a new experimental capability for putting recurring work on a schedule. The connector experience is overhauled end to end, with a redesigned, search-first Connectors page, the ability to connect any tool that exposes an MCP server, the ability to upload your own connectors, and support for multiple instances of the same connector, alongside a skill picker in chat and faster dashboards. We encourage all customers to upgrade.

Autonomous Investigations
You can now point Crogl at your queue and let it work tickets on its own. Set up a recurring job against your alert or ticket source, and Crogl investigates each new item, documents its findings, and leaves the decision to you. Autonomous investigations build on the scheduled jobs introduced in 2.0.0 and turn them into a hands-off triage motion.
Jobs (Beta)
Jobs is a new experimental capability for putting recurring work on a schedule. A job runs on a cadence you define and drives repeatable work, such as autonomous investigations, without someone kicking it off each time. Jobs ships as a beta so you can try it on real workflows and shape where it goes next.
Redesigned Connectors Experience
The Connectors page has been redesigned around a search-first layout that makes it faster to find, add, and manage the tools in your stack. The new experience is the foundation for the connector capabilities below.
MCP Server Connectors
Crogl can now connect to any tool that exposes an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. This opens the agent to a wide range of tools without a purpose-built integration for each one, so you can bring more of your environment into an investigation.
Upload Your Own Connectors
You can now upload your own connectors, adding integrations that fit your environment without waiting for a built-in option. Uploaded connectors sit alongside built-in and community types in the catalog.
Multiple Instances of the Same Connector
Crogl now supports configuring multiple instances of the same connector type. If you run more than one deployment of a tool, for example separate SIEM tenants or regions, you can connect each one and target the right instance during an investigation.
Skill Picker in Chat
A skill picker in chat lets you choose the skill you want the agent to apply to a conversation, so you can steer the agent toward the right investigation methodology without leaving the chat.
Faster Dashboards
Dashboards load dramatically faster in this release, so the role-based views introduced in 2.0.0 render quickly even across larger teams and ticket volumes.
Smarter Databricks Warehouse Selection
Crogl now selects a Databricks SQL warehouse more intelligently, improving how the agent runs queries against Databricks sources.
Conversation Management CLI Commands
New crogl CLI commands let you manage conversations from the command line, extending the automation surface for teams that script their Crogl workflows.
